Added:
- Ammo crate for Singleplayer

Fixed:
- Weapon ammo pick ups not utilizing reserve ammo properly (or full magazines)
- Weapon pick up message not appearing

Notes: 
- Shotguns will utilize both item\state and item\state2 when giving ammo. In Multiplayer it is the same except by default it will give 8.
- Rifles & Pistols will utilize more than 1 magazine by utilizing item\state (if the state is greater than or equal to max current ammo) and item\state2.
- Ammo crate gives 2 magazines and 16 shotgun shells
